Founders & Officers

Paul & Nikki McBride

Paul and Nikki McBride are serial entrepreneurs and proud parents to their three children, Brandon, Lexi, and Madison. They've called Bluffton and the Lowcountry home for more than three decades. Over that time, Paul and Nikki have built, owned, and operated a remarkable portfolio of successful local businesses that have shaped the Lowcountry's commercial and lifestyle landscape.

Their philosophy is simple yet powerful: treat people right, innovate thoughtfully, and create spaces and services that genuinely improve lives. The entire McBride family works side by side, turning every business into a true family enterprise deeply rooted in the community.

As officers of AIM Mobile Med Spa (Aesthetics in Motion), Paul and Nikki lead a pioneering franchise delivering concierge medical aesthetics, wellness treatments, and mobile services directly to clients across multiple states. The brand is supported by AIM Training Academy, which equips professionals with advanced skills in the aesthetics and med-spa industry.

Paul and Nikki also own and operate The Bluffs Med Spa in Bluffton, along with a second Bluffs Med Spa location in Pooler, GA — both providing luxury medical aesthetics, therapeutic massage, and comprehensive wellness services in the heart of the Lowcountry. With decades of hands-on experience across multiple industries, they remain focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences that drive lasting success and community impact.

Dana Cirrone

President · Lead Trainer · Injector

Dana Cirrone is a Registered Nurse, aesthetic injector, educator, and entrepreneur who has built a business around one of the fastest-growing trends in healthcare and beauty: convenient, client-centered aesthetic services. As President of AIM Mobile Med Spa, Lead Trainer for AIM Training Academy, and an injector at The Bluffs Med Spa, she combines clinical expertise with a business model designed to meet the evolving needs of today's consumers.

As a busy working mom of three, Dana understood firsthand how difficult it can be for clients to prioritize self-care. While concierge aesthetics offered the flexibility many people wanted, she and the AIM team saw an opportunity to deliver those services in a way that maintained the safety, professionalism, and high standards expected in medical aesthetics.

That vision led to the creation of AIM Mobile Med Spa, a fully equipped mobile treatment suite that brings premium aesthetic services directly to patients while preserving a safe, clean, and controlled treatment environment. The concept quickly demonstrated the power of combining convenience with exceptional patient care.

When she's not treating patients, training providers, or growing AIM Mobile Med Spa, Dana enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, enjoying life in the Lowcountry.

Lexi McBride

Spa Director

Lexi McBride was born and raised in Bluffton, South Carolina. She attended the College of Charleston, where she earned her degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Entrepreneurship. Lexi then returned to Bluffton and took on the role of Spa Director at a medical spa. She has continued her career in aesthetics through AIM Mobile Med Spa and is excited for what's to come.

Lindsay Terrance

Client Coordinator

Lindsay has been working in the aesthetics industry since 2011 and brings more than a decade of experience, knowledge, and passion to the client experience. As Client Coordinator for AIM Mobile Med Spa, she plays a key role in both the client and franchisee experience, helping ensure seamless operations, exceptional service, and successful launches across the AIM brand.

Originally from Michigan, Lindsay relocated to South Carolina with her family in 2021 and quickly embraced the Lowcountry lifestyle. As a wife and mother of two active children, she understands firsthand the challenges of balancing busy schedules while still making time for self-care. That perspective allows her to connect with AIM clients and appreciate the value of convenient, accessible aesthetic services.

When she's not helping clients or coordinating events, Lindsay enjoys traveling with her family, supporting her children's sports and activities, and creating meaningful memories together. Her commitment to connection, care, and exceptional service helps make every AIM Mobile Med Spa experience seamless, welcoming, and memorable.
